“Through Shikha's self-portrait process, I learned to recognise and harmonise that inner conflict, and the camera became a surprising mirror — reflecting my growth back to me. I'm deeply grateful for the clarity and confidence her guidance has brought into my life.”
— Donna Howald — Author, Transformational Life Coach & Mindful Movement Instructor
“5 days that took me from feeling self-conscious in front of a camera to curiosity about who I really see — the grip of 'perfection' finally letting go.”
— Jessica Lauren Acheson

Shikha Khanna is a TEDx speaker, India-based portrait photographer and author of The Selfie Trap — a book that confronts the gap between the faces we perform online and the women we truly are. Trained at the International College of Professional Photography (ICPP), she is the founder of Mothers United Moment (MUM), a global movement that brought together 100 inspiring mothers from over 20 countries — Olympians, Air Force officers, scientists, healers and homemakers — into the landmark book "100 Self-Portraits, 100 Dreams," recognised with a letter of appreciation from the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Through her self-portrait method, Shikha has personally guided 200+ mothers back to themselves — softly, fully, on their own terms.
